CruiseFinder

Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

By using this website you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What CruiseFinder is

CruiseFinder is a free preview of a cruise room search idea. Every result it shows is made-up sample data: not real prices, ships, sailings, or availability. It does not connect to any cruise line or seller, and it cannot book anything. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line. Cruise line names are trademarks of their owners and appear only to show how the search would be organized.

2. Not travel, financial, or professional advice

Nothing here is travel, financial, or professional advice. Always confirm real fares, cabins, and rules directly with the cruise line or a licensed travel agent before you decide or pay anything.

3. Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information into the form. You do so at your own risk, although the form never sends what you type anywhere.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal use, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the site, and no presenting the sample results as real offers to anyone.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is accurate, complete, error free, or always online.

6. Limits on liability and assumption of risk

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site owner is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage from using the site or relying on its sample results, including money spent on a cruise or any other decision. You use the site at your own risk. If liability is found anyway, it is limited to what you paid to use the site, which is nothing.

7. You cover us

If your use of the site causes a claim or cost against the site owner, you agree to indemnify and hold the site owner harmless to the extent the law allows.

8. Disputes, changes, and severability

These Terms are governed by the law of the site owner's home state in the United States. Disputes that cannot be worked out directly are settled by individual binding arbitration, with no class actions or jury trials, except that either side may use small-claims court where it applies. We may change or end the site or these Terms at any time; using the site afterward means you accept the current version. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
